Junior Manager Digital Logistics Solutions (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

As a Junior Manager in Digital Logistics Solutions, you will help us improve and further develop our digital logistics systems, with CargoWise playing a key role in our operations.

You will work closely with logistics teams, Finance, IT and international colleagues to make our processes smarter, more efficient and better connected.

  • Support the development and optimisation of our CargoWise platform
  • Analyse logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help design and implement digital solutions and system integrations
  • Participate in international projects and system rollouts
  • Support user training and knowledge sharing across the organisation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Interest in digitalisation, logistics, and business processes

  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage

  • Experience with CargoWise, ERP systems, or other business applications is a plus, but not required

Founded in Bremen in 1989, the Harren Group focuses on the entire value chain around the vessel.
